About Lui King

Lui King has spent more than a decade building partnerships in vacation rental technology. He co-founded Safely, a guest screening and insurance platform that helps vacation rental managers verify guests and protect their properties from damage and liability. He helped scale Safely to more than one thousand property management companies nationwide, leading customer success, claims, partnerships, and strategic planning along the way.

Over his career he has led more than 30 integrations with property management software platforms and designed four embedded programs end to end with companies including Hostaway, Lodgify, and Guesty. Most recently he served as Vice President of Brand Success at Stakeholders VR Supergroup, working between property managers and leadership to keep growth grounded in day to day operations.

Trained as an engineer with an MBA, Lui founded Meridian Advisors to bring that operator experience to growing vacation rental tech companies. He works with two or three clients at a time and stays in the work from first conversation to first revenue.

He serves on the VRMA Ambassador Committee and the VRMA Executive Summit Planning Committee, and is based in Atlanta.
